Does KNX produce the event?
No. KNX handles the logistics: transport, meet and greet and getting guests around. You or your producer run the event, and we agree times and pickup points with the organizers.
Can you handle large groups?
Yes. At the 2017 Carnival, KNX was the official transport for the CarnaUOL RJ box, carrying 1,500 people a night. The number of vehicles for your group is worked out in the quote.
Do you work with agencies and tour operators?
Yes. Ground handling for the Famtour Rio, for example, was run with tour operator Europlus, SkyTeam Consolidadora and Avianca.
Can guests be met at the airport?
Yes. Send the arrival flights with your request: the pickup is arranged before they land.
Do you invoice companies?
Invoicing and payment methods are agreed when you book, depending on the service and who is hiring, and are set out in writing in the quote.
