From inbound tourism to executive transport

KNX Eventos & Receptivo started in inbound tourism in Rio de Janeiro: guides, tours, tickets and meeting groups arriving in the city.

Over time, it began serving companies and executives too, with chauffeured cars, armored vehicles and airport meet and greet. Today there are three service lines, which can go in the same request: executive transport, corporate and events, and Rio tours.

How each operation is put together

KNX coordinates every operation: it takes the request, prepares the quote, books drivers, guides and vehicles and follows the service through the 24-hour line.

Drivers and vehicles come from a KNX partner network: drivers in business attire, bilingual on request, executive sedans and, in armored versions, sedan, minivan and van. Guides are registered with Cadastur, the Brazilian Ministry of Tourism registry.
